Taylor RC Baja Billet Differential Casing

This newest release from Taylor RC is something the Baja world has desperately needed. Machined from ultra strong 7075 billet aluminum this case is perfect for those who want to build the ultimate Baja without a locker. With precise hard wearing bronze bushes to keep the differential cups perfectly inline to o-ring seals this case is equipped to handle it all. We use the bushing as ball bearings are known to fail in this spot. This is a direct improved replacement for the original HPI85427 alloy differential case.

Also this diff case has been designed to customer feedback of other brands in that it’s fully shim able and comes with a pair of 0.3mm and 0.1mm hard steel shims for lots of adjustment. Expect with stock HPI gears to use all the shims, CNC gears like the Kraken HD CNC Bevel Gears will likely use less.

Included with the differential are the bevel gear blocks as well as a variety of shims to perfectly dial in the perfect gear mesh using all brands of gears including genuine HPI87567 and others.

We have designed this differential case to be compatible with all existing gearboxes including the Taylor RC gearbox, Turtle Racing, original HPI etc. This is also made to work with the stock HPI Differential ring gear as well as the Blackbone Racing heavy duty ring gear.
