Shipping policy
Here at Taylor RC; we are thrilled that you have chosen to trust us with your business. We operate normal hours Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Orders received by 2 PM local time on business days will dispatch the same day. Certain items require a longer lead time including custom built products or pre-order items. Those will be clearly noted in the product description. We will be transparent at all times with the order fulfillment process and will provide a tracking number as soon as the order is completed. You can then follow the progress on your order once it is in the hands of the courier.
We use a variety of shipping carriers for domestic and international shipping. Our shipping carriers are selected maximizing shipping speed and accuracy. Shipping times are updated once the courier takes possession of the parcel; but generally international orders are received within 2-5 business days.
Orders will be fulfilled and processed as received on normal business days. We are closed weekends and major holidays.
Courier and Shipping delays policy: We use a variety of shipping carriers to provide the best balance of cost and service for our customers. Once an order has been handed over to the courier with accurate shipping information, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Taylor RC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to delays resulting from weather conditions, service disruptions, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or other courier-related issues.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a refund is issued to us by the courier. Delivery dates provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your shipment appears stalled or delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist in working with the courier to resolve the issue.
Delays and back stock - Our website shows live inventory; meaning that if it shows in stock and available then we have it ready to ship. In the unlikely event that we have a shortage of product for your order a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to find a resolution for your order.
Undelivered or returned orders - Thank you for choosing our company to do business with! We will ship to the address provided so it is critical that the correct shipping information is provided. This means a recipient name, street number and name, unit number if applicable, city, postal code information. If a package is returned we will submit a refund inline with our Refund Policy. The customer can also have the order reshipped if they choose and pay the shipping cost as needed.
International shipping costs may not include any duties or taxes. Orders shipped within the UK and the EU have all VAT and duties/taxes paid. There are no additional costs due upon delivery. Orders shipped to the United States are sent with Duties Pre Paid (DDP). For other countries not in the EU, UK or United States, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon delivery. There may be some shipping restrictions on certain items to your country. In some cases it may require that we contact you for additional shipping costs. Any extra costs for shipping will be cleared with the customer prior to shipping.
