We completely get it, we change our minds too! You are welcome to cancel or change an order anytime up until the courier has collected the Parcel. Please just drop us an email, they are checked every 5 minutes or less.

No problem at all, you have two choices as below:

Place a second order and we will combine your orders with a postage refund

Email us with the parts you want to add and we will send an invoice for the extras to add to your order.

Please note our parcels are collected at circa 2pm each day UK Time.

We accept almost all types of debit and credit cards via the web checkout.

Paypal invoices are available on request also for custom or specific orders.

Finally we accept Bank transfers for orders over £500 with discounted pricing. We have GBP, USD and EUR bank details for international customers.

Taylor RC Ships pretty much Worldwide! There are a few isolated locations which we dont currently cover, but 99.99% of customers can follow normal checkout proceedure and shipping will be priced based off your address.

Anyone in an area we dont offer shipping to via the website, please email and we will look into options for you.

Goods are dispatched Same day for all orders pre 2pm.

UK Orders are all sent via Next Day Courier.

USA Orders are sent via Express Air 1-3 day shipping, most commonly 48 hours.

EU Orders are sent via your choice of 2-4 day or 1-2 day shipping.

ROW Orders are sent via Express on a 2-6 day service depending on location.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, have no scratches or fitment marks etc.

We take pride in only selling perfect stock, so please understand we cant accept soiled products on return.

Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of recieving your returned goods.
