Taylor Billet CNC Ported Zenoah G320 & Fujiwara 350RC Transfer Covers

These stunning Billet Transfer port covers are not really a Bling product at all, the focus is entirely on fixing the poor transfer flow path from the stock Zenoah engine. This bolt on high performance part offers more gains than other billet covers on the market.

Fujiwara 35.2cc Top End Kits benefit with these covers more than anything on the market!! We have specifically designed these to better match the FJ350RC Engine and not require the copper spacer gasket and silicone! These directly bolt up with a supplied gasket for a perfect fit. For customers with the new Losi 5IVE-T 3.0 with the factory Fujiwara engine that want a bit more power these would be a great addition!

Our 3D machined Transfer Port Bolt-On Covers have beautifully matched internal faces that line up with the Original Castings and direct the gases into the chamfer at improved angle to better match the burn propagation and ensure the fuel/air mixture is ideally placed to avoid unrecovered losses down the exhaust port. These transfer port covers will give your engine a higher peak RPM with these design changes over the factory transfer port covers.

These billet covers also increase primary case compression by removing the stranged outwards hump which slows gases down at the critical entry point on the stock cast pieces. Instead entry gas speed is increased just before cylinder entry to get the gases right up and around the back of the plug before full compression and igntion takes place.

These are a direct fit for the factory Zenoah and Fujiwara cylinder kits. These will also work on modified and ported top end kits to increase your power output and peak RPMs!
